EEDP (Edison Engineering Development Program) develops technical problem solving skills through some advance courses in engineering. Advances courses under the program include systems analysis, quality, design, integration, testing and reliability. 

Human Resources

HRLP (Human Resources Leadership Program) is a program designed to focus on development of top potential human resources talent with the principle of creating a pipeline for HR leadership roles across GE. HRLP is an intensive two-year program consists of three, eight-month rotational assignment related to the human resource functions of a GE business. The program combines with training and leadership skills to prepare a career at GE. 

Sales & Marketing 

ECLP (Experienced Commercial Leadership Program) is a program designed for commercial well-informed talent consisting of three, eight-month assignment in sales and marketing functions of GE business.
