Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan (RSS) - Scholarships India

Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan (RSS) has started scholarships for eligible students as for the propagation and promotions of the Sanskrit language in the country. The scholarship is awarded to students of two genres.  In the first category, the scholarship is given to those students who are registered in the Vidyapeethas. In the second category, the scholarship is given to those students who comes under the given criteria
Students who are registered in the Pathshalas

Students who do their doctorate courses, B.A and M.A in conventional subjects are presented with the Post Matriculation scholarships. 
Eligibility for RSS (Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan) Scholarship 

The scholarship is offered to students from class 9 to students who are doing their doctorate. The eligibility detail for the scholarship is here as under:
Students of class IX and X who have successfully secured 60 percent marks or above are eligible for the scholarship. The students will be presented with 250/- per month after gaining the scholarship. 

Students of class XI and XII who have successfully finished Uttar madhyama/Prak Shastri course with 60 percent or above are eligible to get this scholarship. The students will be awarded with 300/- per month after gaining the scholarship. 
Candidate who have finished 10+2 with minimum 60 percent marks or above in aggregate as well as in Sanskrit are eligible for the scholarship. The candidate will receive Rs. 400/- per month. 

Candidates who have cleared their graduation with at least 60 percent mark or above in aggregate and in Sanskrit are eligible for the scholarship. The candidate will receive Rs. 500/- per month.

Candidates who have cleared M.A or Acharya in Sanskrit with at least 60 percent mark or above in aggregate are eligible for scholarship. The candidate will receive Rs. 1500/- per month. Students of PhD are also entitled to receive a contingency grant of Rs. 2000/- annually for two years.
